  • Implementation of Resource Management functions and Project Offices: We have supported several large actuarial departments in the creation of Resource Management and Project Delivery functions to ensure periods of significant change are managed successfully
  • Delivery of Complex Programmes: We can provide a full range of Programme personnel (Programme Directors, Programme Office Managers, Project and Workstream Managers) to ensure the successful implementation of major change projects such as Solvency II. Examples of where we have delivered value for our clients include the design and delivery of an organisation-wide Economic Capital Framework and the successful implementation of several large annuity liability transfers
  • Business Process Design: The design or amendment of business processes to reduce the Operational Risks around the pricing of Defined Benefit Pension Scheme Buyouts
